By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. For any questions or concerns, please contact info@sylphic.com.
1. Promoter Information
- The promoter of this giveaway is Sylphic Pty Ltd, trading as Sylphic ("Promoter," "Sylphic Pty Ltd," "Sylphic," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Giveaway Period
- The giveaway starts at 1:00 PM AEST on 23 July 2024 and ends at 1:00 PM AEST on 6 August 2024 ("Giveaway Period").
3. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Employees of Sylphic, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
- By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms and conditions.
4. How to Enter
- Visit http://sylphic.com
- Add a $0 (nil value) gift card name 'SYLPHIC GIVEAWAY ENTRY' to your shopping basket, which can be found here https://www.sylphic.com/products/sylphic-giveaway-entry.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your order before the closing date of 6 August 2024.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway and you won't be asked to enter your credit card.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
5. Prizes
- The total prize pool is valued at $3,000 AUD in Sylphic gift cards.
- Prizes are distributed as follows:
- 1 Prize worth $500 AUD
- 2 Prize worth $250 AUD each
- 14 Prizes worth $75 AUD each
- 19 Prizes worth $50 AUD each
- For international winners, the prize values will be converted to their local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of prize distribution. For example:
- AUD $500 converted to approximately USD $334 (exact amount may vary)
- AUD $250 converted to approximately USD $180 (exact amount may vary)
- AUD $75 converted to approximately USD $55 (exact amount may vary)
- AUD $50 converted to approximately USD $36 (exact amount may vary)
- Sylphic reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winners will be notified via email within seven days following the closing date.
- Winners must respond to the notification email within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Sylphic is not responsible for any failure to contact winners due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or any other technical issues.
7. Public Announcement of Winners
- To comply with legal obligations, the surname and county of the winners will be available upon request by emailing info@sylphic.com within one month after the closing date.
8. Use of Personal Information
- We will process your personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can access at https://www.sylphic.com/policies/privacy-policy. This includes handling your information as necessary for the announcement of winners, and the fulfilment, delivery, and arrangement of the prizes as described in these terms and conditions.
9. Disqualification
- Sylphic reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, provided false information, or engaged in any fraudulent activity.
- Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or found to be fraudulent will be declared void.
10. Liability
- Sylphic is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions, or any other problems, such as delays, interruptions, or errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.
- Sylphic will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any entrant as a result of entering this giveaway or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release Sylphic from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance and use of any prize.
11. Modification and Termination
- Sylphic reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or other factors that could impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
- In the event of cancellation, modification, or termination, Sylphic will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
