Sylphic offers track and trace delivery worldwide via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods. We will endeavor to send out your order the same day the order is placed otherwise it will be the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery, please ensure there is someone to sign for goods. Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses. We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent.
Delivery timeframes are just an indication and Sylphic will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.
A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Sylphic has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country.
LOST PARCELS
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Sylphic will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Sylphic will not be liable for the order.
