Sylphic wasn't a dream.

Sylphic wasn't a dream I always had—it was a GOAL I have been tirelessly working towards since I was a teenager.

Growing up in a factory environment, I developed a fascination with clothing. Unlike many of my peers, I didn’t have the luxury of buying nice clothes due to financial constraints. This lack only fueled my passion. At 14, I started making my own clothes, sneaking into my mom’s tiny factory sample room to learn everything from pattern making to sewing. My first creations were shorts, then tops, skirts, and dresses. I wish I could show you photos, but most of my early work got discarded during our frequent moves. It wasn’t until I was 21 that my family finally settled in our own home.

Getting to this point, many of you would think that I must had a tough time, to be honest, yes it was, but those challenges only made me more determined. I found joy and creativity in fashion, which kept me super motivated. Over the past 11 years, this not so little passion of mine has evolved into a mission to improve the lives of others through clothing, especially those who truly need it. This led me to work tirelessly towards what is now Sylphic!

Many people believe designers are born with talent, but I can assure that it takes years of hard work, experience, and even failures. I’ve experimented with various garment forms and designs—from extraordinary gowns to street-wear, from underwear and lingerie to ready-to-wear pieces.

My top lesson? Regardless of how creative a garment is, it should make the wearer feel beautiful and confident. Unfortunately, this fundamental lesson wasn't taught in my design classes. Like financial discipline, it's often overlooked despite its importance.

I've dedicated my journey to becoming a better designer with a singular mission: to understand and fulfill women’s deepest needs—to feel beautiful and confident in what they wear. This means looking and feeling fabulous not just on special occasions, but every single day. Sylphic wasn’t just a dream—it has always been my GOAL and mission. With all the skills, experiences, and lessons learned from past failures, I strive to bring you Sylphic in perfection. Every stitch, every thread, and every detail is crafted to make you feel truly fabulous.
